I called up and was told that a nurse practitioner would call me and he did within the hour and discussed my situation with me making me an appointment that morning so for me it was all that I could ask for and I was very grateful.
Had a really good conversation with the Pharmacist, we talked in-depth regarding my medication. I am very aware of possible future meds if and when necessary and the Pharmacist was able to confirm my thoughts entirely… He instilled lots of confidence with his knowledge and caring approach.. Thank you.
Trying to book ahead for a regular blood test is a lottery. No receptionist knows for certain when new dates become available to book. Following their advice on when to call you find some dates already gone. When a new supply of regular medication is reliant on a blood test it is imperative to get the blood test done in time.
Appointment made by phone was easy
despite difficulties since covid and since influx of more residents personally I have received a positive experience and care has been very good especially as I age and encounter more health issues. no complaints
