It’s always a long hold time on the phone

I find Michael to be quite cold. That’s fine in normal life but when you feel vulnerable ie your child is poorly I find his demeanour to be unnecessarily cruel and belittling

I liked the new idea of calling me back when it was my turn in the phone call queue. I was seen on the same day by Michael and Carl gave me an ECG

Totally happy with the care and service provided by HMC Fiona as always has such a wonderful personality and gives all the information in a professional manner . Great at giving injections too !
