It was the GP who made the appointment for me. She is my new GP and very kind and helpful. Listened carefully to me, gave practical advice, and arranged hosp. appts etc for me.
Receptionists also always kind and helpful.

I answered all the receptionist questions and explained why I needed to speak with a doctor. She put me on hold and then I was offered an appointment.
