I attended to have an annual blood test, Di the nurse was very friendly and attentive

The online booking system does not allow you to request a full blood count test only diabetic testing, more options should be made available

The receptionist are always charming helpful and professional and have excellent and are particularly helpful when on the phone. The nurse I saw was highly professional and easy to talk to.

In my case I called in late last year for rash problems on my legs I sent pictures and a diagnosis was given over the phone. Sadly the following week the legs got worse so I had a face to face with a doctor. The right leg is much better. The left still suffering. Perhaps in some cases a.decision could be made to see the doctor straight away. This is not a complaint but an observation.
