I have always dreaded my smear tests. That has changed after my latest test - the nurse was funny and kind, and completely put me at ease. She is a superstar

My appointment was nearly half an hour late. Not ideal for those of us working full time

The nurse was lovely and we had time to chat about a few things that had been concerning me. I was able to book a appointment online but it's not always that easy.

Quick call in!! Was only a blood test, but she did it efficiently and quickly. Surgery always seems clean unless visitors bring in mud etc on shoes! not seen that very often though! Not so easy to get appointments especially face To face, would be nice if one could get to see your own Dr a bit sooner, also less extra waiting time, But situation as it is its these days, its understandable. Unless we get even more builds in Henfield, and it doesn't get any worse. I am Happy. Thanks.

Only as I said, getting appointments sooner. Would be nice also if you didn't have to wait for 20+ people before you get through to reception!, can be expensive! not that I wait, I just ring back later when usually there are then less people, Having said that once or twice lately I been only 1 & 2 in the queue, and been answered quite quickly! Thanks
