Trying since December to be enabled for SystmOnline. Took my id to the surgery in January. Heard nothing since.

This was my yearly Asthma review health centre gave me options of dates and time which they met.

Appointment was late but I don’t mind as appointment time per patient is not always long enough.

This appointment was for a shingles vaccine. Being now 70, and researching, it appears I should have been invited for a vaccine. I hadn't been, but upon phoning, I was able to book and receive the vaccine for free.

The research indicated the vaccine should have been offered, and I would receive notification. Maybe this was in train, but the centre response was it was not.
