The instructions on the health passport about the urine sample could be clearer - I.e. it needs to be done first thing in the morning

Surgery appears to be much more efficient in terms of waiting time. There also appears to be many more staff, the lady that does my blood tests is excellent.

The blood lady (Di) is brilliant getting my blood. She’s got a really lovely way about her. A real credit to the surgery

Trying to make an appointment with a doctor fills me with dread. I find that even if I’m the first caller of the day all the appointments have gone. So I try to manage my health on my own , I have bought some seriously strong pain medication on the black market, including OxyContin and the concentrated oral morphine

Very good support but two years since last asthma review. When I called reception in Mar 23 to request a 2023 appointment I was told I was too late requesting one and there were no appointments left for 2023
