Micheal the ANP was particularly helpful, informative, intelligent and qualified to deal with my symptoms. The medical advice seemed solid. The difficulty has been with trying to get an appointment. On this occasion the phone system did not allow you to speak to someone to book so I was forced to drive to the surgery to organise an appointment. The trainee receptionist was responsive and dealt with my needs professionally and with care. I was provided with an appointment for the same day due to my prolonged symptoms of 4 weeks. Overall, this particular experience was very positive and I rate Michael highly.

I made my appointment via the NHS app which was very easy.
I think the reception team need to work much harder to welcome patients and attend willingly to them - even to notice they’re there.
The process of access to - in my case a blood test appointment was very cumbersome.
Once made, the automated system of reminders was good.
On the day, the screen check-in was easy. Waiting room empty at 8.15. Phlebotomist - Di - was friendly and efficient and very punctual.
