Can't get an appointment for love nor money. Seems so difficult to get to see someone. My daughter had stomach problems and they wanted to do a telephone consultation. Who can examine a stomach over the phone. Also e-consults are not always available for children and the staff don't seem to care or help you be seen. Ended up waiting 4 days for an appointment, it was only with a nurse and then ended up having to call the doctor in anyway. Waste of my time and theirs. Service is getting worse.

Suggested improvements
Change the booking system and processes to make allowances for different circumstances. Not all cases are the same.
