Although there are many telephone lines only one person actually answers the calls. Therefore it is not unusual to be 18 in the call queue and when you get down to number I you can get cut off!! Then you have tojoin the queue again. That could mean you have been on hold for over 2 hours.
Suggested improvements
Have more than one person answering the telephone. It would be good to see a doctor especially your own doctor from time to time. All you can see is the triage nurse but although the are ok it's your own doctor that knows your medical history!
