First 2 answers above are not applicable to complaint Tried to make appointment. 1st call, 09.34 today held on for 25 minutes until first in queue then cut off. second call 14.50, third call held then cut off.15.06, got through, made appointment Realised problem with appointment so 4th call 15.16, 5th call 15.18. both cut off. Above all made on mobile. Then on landline, 3 calls before got through without being cut off. All the cut off calls were held in queue until number 1 in queue then cut off with message "unable to take your call" after long wait. Total time spent to make appointment over 3 hours!
