When I first phoned for an appt I was asked to use the on line request. I did this but was told that I had to speak to someone. I phoned the surgery back and was offered a phone appt for a weeks time. When I said I’d like something sooner I was asked to phoned at 830 the next morning. I did this and was given a phone appt. Michael phoned and asked me to come in at 1139. So I got an appt which I was grateful for but it took a while.

Suggested improvements
All staff were very nice and helpful but it was a long winded way to get an appt. I don’t know what could be done apart from having more appts available
