It is a busy surgery.
The receptionists have always been polite, professional and helpful. I have found that there are certain times in the day when the phone lines are less busy.
I appreciate the text messages sent to confirm and remind the appointments made. There is also a very efficient method for the doctor to communicate results by text.
Although face to face appointments are always welcome they are not always necessary and I feel that I am kept up to date sufficiently well with the automated systems.
Suggested improvements
I am able bodied and can manage technology.
I do not know what the experiences of patients with various mental and / or physical disabilities are.
For me personally I don’t think that any aspect of my care could have been done better
