Michael diagnosed and treated at very short notice and arranged a follow appointment a week later. He couldn’t have been more helpful, so I’m very grateful for that.

Suggested improvements
As I mentioned to Michael, the practice seems far more efficient and streamlined nowadays, and I like that it’s possible to communicate online and even submit photos prior to an appointment. Also the check in screen is much better than queuing for a busy receptionist.
