Trying to book ahead for a regular blood test is a lottery. No receptionist knows for certain when new dates become available to book. Following their advice on when to call you find some dates already gone. When a new supply of regular medication is reliant on a blood test it is imperative to get the blood test done in time.

Make Systmonline easier to join. I applied before Christmas, bought my ID into the surgery (why?) and I still haven't been enabled.
