The receptionist are always charming helpful and professional and have excellent and are particularly helpful when on the phone. The nurse I saw was highly professional and easy to talk to.

In my case I called in late last year for rash problems on my legs I sent pictures and a diagnosis was given over the phone. Sadly the following week the legs got worse so I had a face to face with a doctor. The right leg is much better. The left still suffering. Perhaps in some cases a.decision could be made to see the doctor straight away. This is not a complaint but an observation.
