If you had also made before Covid, my answers would’ve been very different. However, you have asked me now. There has been a lot of turnover staff indicating perhaps a non-harmonious atmosphere. The new Staff are obviously still being trained so don’t know what they’re doing, the worst part of all is that all the excellent staff and doctors are leaving. The pharmacist treat you like a meat market and I don’t think I’ve ever seen any of them smile. One of the toilets has been out of order for over a month. The hand sanitisers bottles I wouldn’t even touch because they’re so grubby. It has gone down dreadfully

Suggested improvements
Because the general public are not pretty to what is going on, that’s almost impossible to answer, but clearly big changes are being made, for the worst the waiting room is unfriendly. The waiting room obviously has had an effect because face-to-face meetings are almost impossible get now. If there was another surgery, I would definitely have left. However, I must stress that the doctors that have been there, the entire time of the only backbone of the surgery. As I said, this is based on my visits where I obviously don’t see a lot of things. For instance, we never had a sign up, saying we will not tolerate swearing or abuse towards the staff; this indicates that the public have also changed. having been with the surgery for 25 years it really saddens me. There was obviously a very definitive reason why Partridge Green surgery was closed down, possibly financial. But it has made it very difficult for a lot of us and find it hard to walk and buses only once an hour to even get to the surgery in Henfield.
