Very good given the pressure on the system and comparing to others surgery experiences. Thank you.

Fill hand sanitizer and keep full at the wall near check in screen please. I know you have bottle on counter but less hygienic. More privacy at reception. I am single sided deaf. I struggle to hear with that C19 glass screen but wish to retain. Maybe a phone private or intercom not private. Receptionist mindful of queue of waiting people. Some of those other people behind the screen step in to 2nd desk to clear queues. Phlebotomist is great .... Very caring person. Fab Thank you
