I had two issues that I needed to address. I was advised that I could not raise both in the same appointment. As a result I had one telephone appointment plus two in person appointments. My two surgery appointments were on the same day, two hours apart. Not sure that anyone’s time was saved during this process. What seems like efficiency on paper can become ludicrous in practice.
