The staff are unhelpful and really don't care about you and your illness

Its very simple. Treat me like and adult And that i have enough knowledge to know i need a Doctor. I know my condition is an existing condition and that it's not going to be sorted over the phone. If I'm pain I need to be seen now and not in two weeks time.
