Following a previous review I have just been kept on hold for 60 minutes and still not got through to a receptionists for an appointment.
I’d like to complain to the practice but (a) can’t see an easy way to do that and (b) don’t think they’d care based on previous contact.
If anyone is thinking of registering here - don’t.
Absolutely appalling customer service. 30 minutes waiting on the phone to get through to a receptionist and CUT OFF TWICE!
27 minutes 26 seconds on hold at 3pm - hardly a busy time of day - just to try to get through to a specific member of staff who left me a message asking me to call them back. The doctors are friendly enough if you ever get to see them, but the overall service is absolutely appalling. Lucky for them they’re an effective monopoly!
Eventually gave up as had to go out. Let’s see if they manage to do any better tomorrow...
An extremely helpful receptionist, Dawn, made such a difference. She was efficient, knowledgeable and ... cheerful!!! (Ratings reflect today's experience).
As new patients who has recently moved from a busy GP practice in London I cannot fault the service we have received from this practice. My husband and I have been called or written to with appointments for blood tests and follow up appointments. We have found the receptionist very helpful whenever we have visited the surgery. I am surprised to read such bad reviews about this practice. Our experience has been faultless. I would have given five stars but as yet we have not had to try and get an emergency appointment so I reserve my judgement.
