We have recently moved to the area and a neighbour recommended the practice. Since joining I have had a few appointments for myself and my family and I have found the advice and support to be excellent. I am a diabetic and have found my regular blood checking, doctors advice and ease of using the practice to be excellent. The receptionists are always friendly, helpful and I have found it easy to make appointments usually within 24 hours. The whole practice is just very well run, automatic registration on arrival speed things up and today I was introduced to a web site for managing my repeat prescriptions, I have just used it and it was easy and simple to use. I prefer to use technology like this for matters which don't need to take the doctors time, we have used the 111 service over the Christmas period for flu advice which again has meant we have only had to visit the doctor when its absolutely necessary. The NHS is a brilliant institution and one that I am very proud of as I am of my new local practice. I would like to say a big thank you to all who have supported me and my family since arriving to Bracknell a great job well done.

Easy to get an appointment. Great surgery opens later some nights a week.
