Dr Arora is very approachable understanding. Concerns and worries are humanly dealt with and she listens well. I would recommend her personally to anyone but the appointment system at the practice is a disaster, if you wish to pre-book an appointment. Ring on the day only (if your boss wear it!) Improve the appointment system radically I want it when I need it.

Easy to book an appointment but being retired I don't have time constraints and can be flexible regarding the time. Reception staff have always been friendly, helpful and willing to sort out any problems that may have arisen. The doctors and nurses always make one feel welcome and invariably greet me and my wife with our first names. Should the need arise then they act swiftly to ensure that we get the treatment or any referral that is required.
