The system for booking appointment needs to be changed.
I phoned for an appointment at 10 am and told nothing was available for that day which is totally reasonable. However I was then not able to book an appointment for the next day, totally unreasonable! I was told to ring at 8 am (not possible as I am driving to work then).
If I need an appointment as soon as possible why is it not possible one at the point of enquiry, it's an extremely unhelpful system.
When I did manage to get an appointment the receptionist was helpful, service was quick and the doctor was very good, as always I do not want to leave this surgery as I have always good service.
