This surgery has now taken the telephone repeat presription service away from people like my mother who is 82 this year. This means I have to go to the surgery and register her to order online. She does not use the computer and is now confused as to how she will get prescriptions. I will need to visit the surgery to sort this out for her in my work time. This is another case of passing back to family to provide ongoing care.
