Whilst the staff are always pleasant and helpful, the physical environment is very poor. The whole place needs refurbishing to bring it up to standard. The intercom system is so poor that it's impossible to hear what is being said. An electronic board with your name flashing up would be a big improvement. The parking area to the rear of the building is also scruffy and has a lot of wasted space. With a little re-organising it could yield a number of additional parking bays. I would like to be notified by text that test results have been received and to have them made available online. There's a lack of consistency between online and phone appointments with only phone appointments generating reminders. This should be across the board regardless of how the appointment is made.
