This practice has gone downhill especially when trying to book an appointment. I phoned daily exactly at 8.30am for 2 weeks, only to be told there were no appointments and to try the next day. When I asked for a fixed appointment, I was told to try again in 7 weeks time. The receptionist was absolutely useless and went out of her way to fob me off. I am in pain and need to see a GP to get examined, but all I got was a load of personal questions from a rereceptionist who is not a GP! My care and wellbeing is totally ignored at this practice and the GP's should be disgusted of the way their practice is being run. Now I have nowhere to turn unless I go to the hospital. But I tried that and got told off for not following procedures. I have to get a referral from my GP, but how can I do that if I can't get to see one. CATCH 22
