Excellent Triage service. Efficient message taking and prompt call back. Worked well for me. Disappointing that the ability to book online appointments seems to have deteriorated. It used to be very easy to get an appointment but now few seem to be available and all are a long way off. I've got a named GP but he rarely seems to be present. Like most people i would prefer to see the same GP each time as this must build up some sort of relationship. The reception team and the phlebotomist are all great - very helpful and friendly. As I say, it worked for me today but there are some improvements that could be made to booking and availability for non-urgent matters.
