The nurse Sue prior was efficient and the procedure was painless, which was a relief, as I am susceptible to bruising and the nurse took great care.
Dr Reiss was friendly, asked useful questions and gave valuable well informed advice.
Receptionist was helped and took on board my suggestion about bicycle racks.
Just to let you know that although we don't have a bike rack, we do have rings bolted to the outside wall so that you can chain your bike to them. Kind regards, Louise Laithwaite, Practice Manager
Phoned am, was told to bring in urine sample which I did. Wishing the hour a GP had rung me back to discuss and say a prescription would be waiting at the surgery after 2 pm.
Excellent, service.
Thank you.
Doctor generally frienldy, knowledgeable good with the children.
Main problem getting an appointment.
First meeting at New House Surgery and first with Dr. Sherwood. She was charming, humorous and put ,me completely at ease. Knowing very little of my history, she asked pertinent and perceptive questions, to any questions I put to her, Dr. Sherwood provided competent and reassuring answers, I a, Delighted that she is my new G.P.
