Usually very very difficult to get an appointment. Some of the receptionists are extremely rude!! Some are more helpful. The GPs in general underplay all situations and ask you to "observe", take pain killers and see how you go! The only knowledgable doctor is Dr Al-Shawk in the entire practice! Having said all of that, I had a really good experience in my visit recently with Ms Bozhana. She is really good at her job. On this occasion, I went in for a blood test and it was pain free and super quick. She was polite and treated me respectfully unlike the reception staff. May be that is normal behaviour but had to call it out since that is not the norm at Custom House.
