I phoned at 1.55 as I was very worried about my husbands health. The receptionist was not very helpful and I object to be talked over when I am trying to explain his condition. I ended up phoning 111 which couldn't have been more helpful. He is now in William Harvey hospital with suspected sepsis Sheila woodgate

Suggested improvements
A more considerate manner from the receptionist. Bordering on rude
