This is the best GP practice I have ever used. The doctors listen, the receptionists see their job as helping the patient not protecting the doctors from the patients, the appointment system works well ensuring that anyone who needs a same day appointment can have one and the on site pharmacy is a bonus. The staff are courteous and caring. This is the NHS at its very best.
