Share review of Charing Surgery

I have recently had to make more appointments than usual for more than one subject and so I was surprised to receive a text from the surgery having just returned from my latest appointment, to be told that I was due to have an Asthma review. It would have been helpful if I could have been told this at the surgery this morning so that I could make an appointment with the receptionist rather than having to go through the whole telephone triage system.
