Surgery needs to get in to the 21st century! *There is an app but its poorly used and only offer 10 appointments on any day =Please make all bookings available to app *Don't offer Dr@Hand style remote appointments that save time and money *The opening hours are very work unfriendly as you cannot pre-book appointments so you may be on the train by the time a triage call comes and cant get there anyway =Please offer Late and weekend surgeries *There is no pro-active advice/testing to pre-empt later issues =Please offer MoT style check-ups that dont need GP for heart, blood, moles, fitness *Please make reception more private, I dont want to hear about an old persons (who are clearly mortified) issues and offer them more dignity *What can be said about the pharmacy other than its a productivity disaster where confusion reigns (where did I put that bag i was just holding!) staff stand about chatting and make everyone wait in a long line even those elderly with standing problems. Its so bad people openly talk in the queue of the staff and still they don't get it! =Please take a leaf out of successful queue management like mcDonalds where good use of queue busting would make all the difference so people could sit down. With a few changes and a progressive, technology embracing future looking view Charing could be a great, efficient 5 star surgery ... Please do better!
