I have been under the care of Herrick house since 29th August 2023. I was told that there were things they could do to help and get they would be in touch. I've had 1 online course in nearly a year and no other contact or help. The online course has a break of about 4 weeks due to staff shortage and annual leave and only explained what PTSD was. I had no other offers of help and feel abandoned by this service.

Offers of treatment would have been nice. I asked for CBT but heard nothing and had no offers since.

My psychiatrist has changed my Medicine ( antidepressants ) since Feburary but since then i am exstremly unwell i have been crying almost everyday since then . i have seen my psychiatrist 4 or 5 months ago and have been constantly reporting to Herrick house as well as m my surgery that my medicine not only giving me any relief but it has worsen my depression , anxiety , Fatige, pain, fear , insomnia & frequent suicidal thoughts. i am " EXTREMLY EXTREMLY disappointed and feeling Forsaken. i have spoken to different people in herrick house but they just convey me massage that Doctor cant talk to you and she will not review your medicine. They say i need psychotherapy but i strongly strongly disagree that in this chaotic mental state any therap will work. my medicine or feel good chemicals should work to an extent that i can feel little bit normal to understand any therapist i have been made addicted to Benzodiazipine and this is biggest thing negligience from my doctors. i have so much to share but i will discusse over the phone because typing is so so difficult for me and my wife.

Please change my medicine.
