very helpful receptionists eg helping to cluster appts with doctors and nurse all staff friendly and polite never had difficulty geting a GP appt my GPs Dr Arnold and Bhopari give me confidence referrals to consultants or far tets seem to be made promptly it would be nice if cars cold park even closer for people with disabilities all round this is a first class surgery

I was so impressed with Reception. I telephoned for advice saying it was not urgent and I was offered a same day appointment. On arrival (early) I had hardly sat down when the Doctor came to get me. Reassured and I was more than satisfied. Thank you for your care.
