I had a blood test yesterday morning, received a text last night about one of the results and then a phone call from a receptionist shortly after. The result was that I needed to see a doctor as my cholesterol was high, so I rang at 8am this morning and arranged an appointment for 10:40. What amazing service - thank you so much. My husband had a similar experience a few months ago too - fabulous work!
Administration/Reception is exceptional. Exceptionally good, or exceptionally BEYOND BAD with staff who are so curt and yes, disgusting at times considering they don’t know if I’m depressed, suicidal or my mother just dropped dead. In this day and age you’d think people would know better especially working in a doctors surgery. Compassion, empathy and understanding should be screened at first interview.
THIS COMPLAINT IS GOING HIGHER! oh, I hope my calls were recorded.
FYI DOCTORS AT THIS PRACTICE ARE FANTASTIC.
Excellent service from everyone! Receptionist did not hesitate to ask pharmaceutical dispenser of practice to call and discuss my request for Rx to be supplied made up of lower combination of capsule dosage - pharmacists duly rang me at due time booked. She then arranged for 10mg caps to be included with 20mg Rx. This meant I could reduce my dosage more easily. She also has previously requested GP2GP service to transfer our records ASAP - we moved here in September!
Dr Whyatt cares deeply about her patients and is always willing to fight for them.
Dr Boparai was extremely helpful, he listened to my complaint and was patient. He has good communication skills & very caring.
