From reception, through nurses to doctors, whatever requirement, is treated with the best for the patient. The staff are always polite and cheerful, and lift the patients spirit straight away. I don't think any improvement is possible.

Dr Arnold was genuinely listening and showing interest. I have been here previously when Drs seem to rush through the tick boxes and don't seem interested in patients. Thank you Dr Arnold :-).
