From the moment I entered the Hospital, I was treated with respect and attention all receptions, nurses were helpful,Informative and one to one respect and caring. In the Endoscopy both Nurses Jan Johnson and Donna Strathie were welcoming and attentive and Dr.Tipu Naqvi performed the Endoscopy with skilled and made sure I didn't feel worried or in pain. I watched the procedure and saw just how gentle he was. I can assure anyone who has to go through this procedure there is nothing to worry about. Be assured if you are worried it takes about 12-15 minutes and it's over. all hospital staff I came in contact with were well trained respectful and caring. The hospital was very clean with help within a few feet for answers to any questions. 100% to the hospital and doctors, nurses and staff. well done you all deserve the praise and respect.
