The communication with the staff prior to my treatment was very accurate, easy to understand and handled professionally. The hospital itself felt clean, comfortingly modern and was the easiest hospital I have ever visited to park in. Parking at other hospitals is daunting and makes an already stressful and traumatising trip even more difficult but at Braintree it was incredibly easy both because of the thoughtful way it was laid out and that there were no parking metres to worry about. The hospital itself was easy to navigate also and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it if someone asked.
