I think the receptionist near to be a bit more understanding towards the patients, they need to go on a communication course, there attitude toward a patients is not very understanding, the way they speak to you, one example was the doctor had signed a sick note but it had been filed under the first name not the surname, my husband went to pick sick note up, was told it not here, my husband explained his wife had phone up and was told the sick note had not been done, she will remind the doctor, the sick not had been done, it had been filed under the patients first name not the surname the receptionist was very rude and said its not here, my husband said can you check please, no apology what so ever, made you feel it was your fault, I do think the receptionist need to be understanding and caring to there patients some of the patients that come in who are not well and don't need to be treated like this. not all the receptionist are like this, they let the side down.
