Boundary House surgery is a well run establishment that is both caring and professional. The surgery has under gone some major changes in the last couple of years in terms of the building and staff. These changes have been met with very limited disruption to its patients and the services offered which is a credit to the staff. The surgery has endeavored to meet my appointment needs with helpful and pleasant receptionists taking calls or during face to face encounters in the surgery itself. The only reasons I haven't awarded 5 stars for receptionists/appointments are the limited discretion some admin/reception staff have, the usual at least 10 minute wait to speak to someone on a Monday morning and that even for routine and necessary appointments (i.e. set inoculations etc) you can be told that you can not book these in advance and have to call on the Monday morning of the week needed (which in my opinion just adds to the stampede of calls during what is a busy time anyway). Saying that I have always recommended the surgery to others and will continue to do so.
