Appointments could be much better. Long hold times on phone and appointments are difficult to get as they go to quickly

Improve appointments by having more availability and shorter hold times on telephone

I don’t know how easy it is to get an appointment as I haven’t had to make one recently but you hear from other people that it is not very easy to see a doctor The appointment I had yesterday was sent by text message so I could make my own appointment which was very straightforward

It was very well organised so I don’t think that anything could have been done better very impressed

Well organised service

On reflection I think I would not choose to do both flu and Covid injections at the same visit. Feel groggy today.
