Booking Flu/covid jab was easy and appointment was very efficient.

The booking of GP appointments is an ongoing nightmare. There simply isnt enough provision.

All in all a good service is provided and I’ve personally never experienced any issues other than sometimes booking appointments

I book by going into reception. I find the nhs app too difficult to book as appointments go so quickly and it becomes very frustrating

The whole process was quick and efficient

The on-line booking indicated that no appointments were available but this referred to the first date presented. It was not immediately obvious that you could select different dates.
