Unfortunately it is very difficult to gain access to my village Surgery which i find completely unexceptionable. You tell us that you have invested heavily into our Surgery but what is the point if the people needing this service are unable to.

Even though I am extremely pleased with my recent experience with Dr Middleton and the call I received, followed by an extremely quick referral to hospital, I have tried over the past months to make contact with the surgery to book an appointment to no avail.. I am hoping there is now a turning point and the improvement will continue.

I was asked to book a blood test and when I rang and spoke to reception team I was told there were no appointments up at the moment and to call again in a few days . Having been a receptionist for over 24 years this is not what I or other people want to hear when we finally get through.
