Ringing at 8 to get an appt can be a frustrating affair!

Hello, Many thanks for taking the time to leave a review with us. We appreciate it can be difficult at 8am to get through to the surgery, we are trying to adapt our systems/processes as best we can to clear the first rush of the day. We are still looking to expand our clinical teams to offer more appointments as well. The queueing system does now tell you which place you are in the queue as you move through it. We updated the system last year to include this feature after patient feedback. I’ve always received excellent service, care and attention. Appointments can sometimes prove tricky but nothing more than I’d expect with such a huge demand for a relatively small practice.
