There were few patients waiting to be seen. My appointment was on time. The appointment was efficient and effective. I felt comfortable wearing a mask in the waiting room.

There was nothing that I felt should have been done better.

I felt I was lucky to get an appointment by 3 members of the family all dialling in at 8. However the call back worked well and I got a time even though I was 18 in the queue. The doctor rang within two hours and I saw him face to face an hour later and then again the next day.

All was fine.

The whole experience was good for me, I was asked to visit by Dr Middleton who made my visit very relaxed and insightful.

For this particular visit I don’t think anything needed to improve. It was on time and very efficient.

Luckily have rarely needed the doctor. These health check appointments have been very easy to arrange.

Nurse Anne Sparks always gives me a first class service to whatever she does for me. We are very lucky to have a very modern surgery in Billingshurst. Sometimes it is rather difficult to get an appointment but that is not there fault demand is so great at this time of year. Please keep up with the good work.
