Really good nurse. Gave good advice. Even though there were no appointments on the day the receptionist listened and responded to my request to see a nurse. I get an appointment the following day.

Would be good if the phone took less time to be answered.

There is a significant lack of resources so it is difficult for everyone to get an appointment.
Suggested improvements
YOU cannot mend the system. Get more doctors, nurses and open up convalescent homes for people to go after hospital treatment before going home.

My appointments were as a result of sending in blood pressure results. I didn't have any contact with the receptionist but all follow up appointments very quick.
