The system actually worked for me this time, as I had been pre-warned that you have to call at 8am on the dot as the appts will be gone if you wait any longer.

Nothing really, all was fine - except the chairs are not good.

It can be very difficult to get an appointment unfortunately. On this occasion the surgery contacted me to arrange an appointment

It is difficult as I know the surgery is struggling with staff sickness and lack of staff complement so I don’t think under those circumstances you could be doing more

The appointment with the nurse went well, although I noticed the surgery almost empty, where are the doctors?

Disgrace it is now so hard to see a doctor. If there was an alternative surgery near me I would move to it.

Dr Simkins was helpful and thorough, making references back and respecting my feelings re medication. The electronic screen to record my arrival was not working properly. Checking in with Receptionist upsetting as initially she said my appointment was 9:30am, but later acknowledged it was indeed 9:45am Making the appointment was tricky: putting surgery number on redial and calling exactly at 8am I was still number 21 in the queue!

Screen could have been functioning properly. Receptionist could be more aware of faulty screen.
