I had no problems booking the appointment and my telephone appointment the same afternoon was okay.

The confirmation text I received said the appointment could be by phone or in the surgery. If the receptionist could send a text specifying which it is might reduce confusion and lead to fewer missed appointments.

I was seen by the specialist Mrs Qureshi and she took extra care over my situation and sought a second opinion on something she was not sure about. Very impressed with her. She recommended I needed at X-ray and I received a text the same day to book one. Amazing.
